THOMAS WHEELER, AND JESSE AND EMMA WHEELER
You are notified that an action has been commenced against you in the Circuit Court of Pettis County, Missouri, the object and general nature of which is CC Quiet Title and which affects the following described property:
Tract1: Eight (8) Acres to be taken off the west end of the following tract of Seventeen (17) Acres, viz: Beginning Seventy-three rods west of the northeast corner of the southeast corner quarter of Section Sixteen (16), Township Forty-six (46), Range Twenty (20), thence south to the Georgetown and Boonville road, thence westwardly along said road to a point from which a line extended north to the north line of the south west quarter of the southeast quarter of said Section, thence to the beginning, would enclose Seventeen (17) Acres, thence north to the north line of said quarter, thence est 14-75/100 chains to the beginning. Said Eight (8) Acres to be cut off the Seventeen (17) Acre Tract by a line parallel to the east and west lines of the same.
Tract 2: The East 25 acres of the North West quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 16, in the Township 46 North, of Range 20 West of the 5th P.M., in Pettis County, Missouri.
