LOT 8, BLOCK 2 OF DEJARNETTE'S SECOND ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SEDALIA, PETTIS COUNTY, MISSOURI, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND OR RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 109, RECORDER'S OFFICE OF PETTIS COUNTY, MISSOURI (THE "PROPERTY").
2.The name of the Court and the names of all parties to this civil action are listed inthe caption of this Notice.
