Golden for the determination of the heirs of Esther Mae Brown, deceased, and of their respective interests as such heirs in and with respect to the following described property owned by said decedent at the time of death, to-wit:

Mason, LaMonte, Pettis County, Missouri; FMV of said real property is approximately $40,000;
