You are hereby notified that an action has been commenced against you in the Circuit Court of Pettis County, Missouri, the object and general nature of which is a dissolution of marriage and the division of marital and non-marital property.
The names of all the parties to said suit are stated above in the caption hereof and the name and address of the attorney for petitioner is Randy K. Sparks, 414 South Ohio, Sedalia, Missouri 65301.
You are further notified that, unless you file and answer or other pleading or shall otherwise appear and defend against the aforesaid petition within forty-five (45) days after the 18th day of April, 2025, judgment for dissolution of marriage will be rendered against you.
