NOTICE OF INVITATION
FOR BIDS (IFB)
The City of Sedalia is soliciting sealed bids from vendors for fabrication, production, delivery and possible installation of wayfinding signs.
To obtain a full copy of the Invitation for Bid packet, including three different bidding options, please contact Elizabeth Nations at (660) 827-3000 ext. 1166, or via e-mail at enations@sedalia.com, or via the City's website.
All sealed responses to this IFB are due on Thursday, April 3, 2025 by 11:00 a.m. CST at which time the proposals will be opened by the City Clerk's Office in the Council Chambers in City Hall.
Sealed responses to the IFB must be addressed to the City Clerk's Office and mailed, couriered, or hand-delivered to:

The outside of the sealed response envelope must clearly state IFB 2025-010 Wayfinding Signs. Any proposal received after the above stated date and time; will not be opened and will be discarded or upon request and at the expense of the bidder will be returned. The City of Sedalia retains the right to reject any and all bids submitted, and to waive any minor irregularity contained in any proposal.
