NOTICE OF INVITATION
FOR BIDS (IFB)
The City of Sedalia is soliciting sealed bids from vendors for tile and grout work for the dog kennels at the Sedalia Animal Shelter.
To obtain a full copy of the Invitation for Bid packet, please contact Randi Battson at (660) 826-5816, or via e-mail at rbattson@sedalia.com, or via the City's website. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday May 20, 2025 at the Sedalia Animal Shelter, 2420 S. New York Ave., Sedalia, MO.
All sealed responses to this IFB are due on Tuesday, June 10, 2025 by 2:00 PM CST at which time the proposals will be opened by the City Clerk's Office in the Council Chambers in City Hall.
Sealed responses to the IFB must be addressed to the City Clerk's Office and mailed, couriered, or hand-delivered to:

The outside of the sealed response envelope must clearly state Sedalia Animal Shelter Kennel Tile Project. Any proposal received after the above stated date and time; will not be opened and will be discarded or upon request and at the expense of the bidder will be returned. The City of Sedalia retains the right to reject any and all bids submitted, and to waive any minor irregularity contained in any proposal.
