NOTICE TO BIDDERS:
The City of Sedalia Parks & Recreation Department will accept Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Boiler Replacement at Convention Hall until 2:00 p.m. on Friday, May 23, 2025 at the Sedalia Parks & Recreation Office, 1800 W. 3rd St., Sedalia MO 65301.
Proposals will be publicly opened at the Sedalia Parks & Recreation Office at or shortly after 2:00 p.m. on the above date.
Information and necessary documents may be obtained at the Parks & Recreation office or by calling (660) 826-4930. You may also visit www.sedaliaparks.com or contact Matt Harris at mharris@sedaliaparks.com. Please mark outside of your envelope "BOILER RFP."
The City of Sedalia reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and/or waive any irregularities and select the proposal best suited for the City of Sedalia Parks & Recreation Department.
