To Whom It May Concern, notice is hereby given that by order of the Circuit Court of the County of Pettis, Missouri, on the 12th day of November, 2024, the name of Jason Lee Vansel on the birth certificate of Jason Lee Vansel, was changed to Jason Laiken Lee Powers.
Further, the name of Father on the birth certificate of Jason Lee Powers was changed from Paul E Vansel to Edward L Powers, age 24 at the time of birth of Petitioner, and born in the State of Missouri.
