1. Introduction
The County of Pettis Commission is seeking quotations for the replacement of a Commercial 12.5 ton Water Source Heat Pump unit on the roof of the Pettis County Courthouse at 415 S Ohio Ave. We invite qualified suppliers to submit their quotations for this project.
2. Project Overview
The project involves the disconnection and removal of the current heat pump unit. Then, the supply and installation of a new Commercial 12.5 ton Water Source Heat Pump unit on the roof of the Pettis County Courthouse. The installation site is located at 415 South Ohio Ave. Sedalia, MO.
3. Scope of Work
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:
· Supply and delivery of a Commercial 12.5 ton WSHP unit
· Disconnection of power and water lines from current unit
· Supply of crane service to remove current unit
· Supply of crane service to set new unit in place.
· Connection of power and Water lines to new unit.
· Compliance with all relevant codes and standards.
· Testing and commissioning of the newly installed Heat pump unit.
· Provision of all necessary documentation and certifications.
4. Submission Requirements
Interested suppliers are required to submit the following:
· Company profile, including relevant experience and qualifications.
· Detailed pricing breakdown, including labor, materials, and any additional costs.
· Proposed delivery and installation schedule.
· Any necessary proof of insurance and Liability documentation
· Terms and conditions of the quotation.
· Warranty and support details.
A mandatory Pre bid walkthrough is required and may be conducted upon scheduling with Facilities and Grounds Director.
5. Evaluation Criteria
Quotations will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
· Compliance with the specified requirements.
· Competitive pricing.
· Supplier's experience and qualifications.
· Proposed schedule and ability to meet deadlines.
· Warranty and support offerings.
Pettis County Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
6. Deadline
Sealed proposals must be mailed or hand delivered no later than 5/27/2025 at 9:00 am to the County Clerk's Office at Pettis County Annex 1, 215 E 5th Street Sedalia Missouri.
Proposal Opening will occur 5/27/2025 at 10:00 am in the Pettis County Commission Chambers.
Pettis County Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
Late submissions will not be considered.
