A traffic stop in Pettis County led to three arrests and the confiscation of more than 175 grams of methamphetamine.

A deputy with the Pettis County Sheriff’s Office stopped Deseree E. Mosher, 25, of Kansas City, in the area of Campbell Road and state Route AA northwest of Green Ridge about 7 a.m. Tuesday. He discovered she was in possession of 175 grams of methamphetamine, according to a press release from Sheriff Kevin Bond.

Deputies and the Mid-Missouri Multi-Jurisdictional Drug Task Force conducted an investigation and obtained a search warrant for the residence of Dustin A. Keller, 28. His home was near where the traffic stop took place on Route AA.

A search of the residence revealed several additional grams of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, according to the press release. Investigators arrested Keller and Rose Hesse, 34, of Windsor. Two other male subjects were detained and later released.

Mosher is now facing six charges and received a $200,000 bond. She has been charged with first-degree drug trafficking, possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor identity theft, failure to register a motor vehicle, operating a vehicle with vision reducing material, and driving with a revoked or suspended license.

Keller has been charged with first-degree drug trafficking or attempt. He was issued a $100,000 bond.

At the time of the press release, Hesse was still in custody at the Pettis County Jail, pending the filing of charges.

“This investigation was assisted by the cooperation of the community and concerned citizens,” Bond said in the release. “The case is still considered active with additional arrests and charges pending.”
