Arrests
July 27
10:05 p.m.: Frances Janet Coutts, of Sedalia, was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain a single lane of traffic. Deputies arrested Coutts during a traffic stop in the area of U.S. Route 50 and South Hancock Avenue.
July 29
2:10 a.m.: Summer Joy Teeter, of Sedalia, was arrested on charges of driving while revoked/suspended, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to maintain a single lane of traffic. Deputes placed Teeter under arrest during a traffic stop in the area of West Broadway Boulevard and South Limit Avenue.
July 30
4:10 a.m.: Dillon Tyler Paschang, of Sedalia, was arrested on charges of second-degree domestic assault, introducing contraband into a jail and possession of marijuana. Deputies responded to the 29000 block of East Boonville Road in Sedalia in reference to a physical assault. Upon arrival, they spoke with all parties involved and took Paschang into custody.
Incidents
July 30
10:30 a.m.: A deputy took a report at the Sheriff’s Office of an identity theft complaint. The reporting party said she received a phone call after 5 p.m. Friday and believed her personal information had been compromised.
1:30 p.m.: Deputies investigated harassment that reportedly occurred in the 4000 block of West Main Street in Sedalia. The investigation is ongoing.

July 30
9:40 p.m.: Aaron M. Lampe, 31, of Independence, was arrested in Saline County on charges of felony trafficking of methamphetamine, felon in possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding and four counts of possession of a controlled substance.
Aug. 1
10 a.m.: John P. Scott, 59, of Belleville, Illinois, was arrested in Saline County on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Troopers also served a Saline County felony warrant.
