Nov. 30

6:35 p.m.: Kenneth L. Johnson, 57, of Sedalia, was arrested on charges of first-degree trespassing, second-degree burglary and second-degree property damage. A complainant approached an officer and reported a subject was on a property without permission. The officer spoke with the subject, Johnson, and took him into custody.

Dec. 4

3 p.m.: Amanda Ann Teiberis, 29, of the 700 block of East 16th Street, was arrested on charges of misdemeanor possession of marijuana, tampering with physical evidence and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. An officer saw a vehicle with no license plates traveling north on South Marvin Avenue at East Third Street before it parked at a business. As he approached the vehicle, he could smell the odor of marijuana. The driver, Teiberis, was leaned over the center console and moving items around. The officer ordered her to step out of the vehicle, but she didn’t comply. He then used force to remove her from the vehicle and conducted a search, which revealed marijuana and paraphernalia. Teiberis reportedly had drug paraphernalia concealed on her person, as well.

7:30 p.m.: Julie Kay Herbst, 48, of the 400 block of East Boonville Street, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated. An officer was dispatched to the 700 block of East Broadway Boulevard. The caller said she saw a driver whom she believed to be intoxicated. The officer found the vehicle and watched several traffic violations occur. He stopped the vehicle and spoke with the driver, Herbst, who reportedly appeared to be under the influence of methamphetamine. Herbst was arrested and taken to the police station where she refused to take any tests. The officer then procured a search warrant for her blood, and Herbst was later taken to the Pettis County Jail.

Dec. 4

1:35 p.m.: Armondo M. Reeves, 21, of Jefferson City, was arrested in Moniteau County on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding, violating prohibitions of a driving permit and not wearing a seat belt.
