Kingsville man arrested for DWI

Two people were hurt in a single-vehicle crash at 3:05 a.m. Tuesday in Johnson County.

Jarrett C. Noble, 18, of Kingsville, was driving west on Northwest 550th Road, just east of Northwest 2001st Road, with a passenger, Tony E. Allen, also of Kingsville, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report. Noble’s vehicle traveled off the right side of the road and struck a tree, injuring the driver and passenger. Neither Noble nor Allen were wearing seat belts.

Noble was flown to Research Medical Center in Kansas City for treatment of serious injuries. An ambulance took Allen to Research Medical Center for minor injuries.

Highway patrol troopers placed Noble under arrest on charges of driving while intoxicated, careless and imprudent driving causing a crash, failure to maintain a single lane and not wearing a seat belt, according to a MSHP arrest report.

Information is taken from preliminary Missouri State Highway Patrol and Sedalia Police Department reports, which do not necessarily contain statements from all parties involved.
