Goals: Our team’s goals are to build muscle, lose weight, create healthy eating and exercise habits, and build confidence. Individually Nick would like to lose 20-30 pounds and Whitney would like to lose 30-50 pounds.
Goals: Get fit! We've both been plagued with injuries that have sidelined us from the fitness we once enjoyed. We'd like to get back to being more fit through regular exercise and smarter nutrition choices.
Goals: Our goal is to use this contest to jump start our diet and exercise to make it a lifestyle to last long after the contest. Yes, we want to lose the weight and hopefully place in the top, but we are in it for the long haul.
Goals: We had such a great time in the first contest! We hope to do even better and lose even more weight than we did before! This year our goal for the 24-week course is to lose double our weight loss as last year’s contest!
Goals: To lose as much weight as we can in a healthy way. To train for and participate in a 5K. To learn as much as possible about health and wellness so we can share that with others. To inspire and motivate anyone who is wanting to improve their quality of life!
Goals: Throughout 2018 we tried to make healthy changes to our family's diet as a whole. 2019 we intend on pushing further and cutting back on fast food, meal preparation, exercise and getting ourselves back to a healthy weight.
