Woman seriously injured in Morgan crash
A 76-year-old woman was seriously injured in a Morgan County crash Thursday afternoon.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, at noon Joan A. Terrell, 76, of Sunrise Beach, was driving west on state Route P when she pulled into the path of a northbound vehicle on state Route 5. The vehicle, driven by Brandi L. Krug, 39, of Shepherd Montana, struck Terrell’s vehicle.
Terrel suffered serious injuries and was taken to University Hospital in Columbia by helicopter. Krug suffered moderate injuries and was transported by ambulance to Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach.
