Arrests

March 12

9:39 a.m.: Tracy N. Moseley, 41, of Utica, was arrested at the intersection of East 16th Street and South Washington Avenue on a charges of possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine). Police conducted a traffic stop when the vehicle failed to signal a turn. Police searched the car when the odor of marijuana was detected. 

Incidents 

March 1

11:17 a.m.: A victim reported a burglary at their residence in the 1000 block of Airpark Road. The victim reported that cash, antique coins, and other items totaling $1,000 had been stolen. The suspect also caused property damage during the theft. There are no suspects at this time. The report was forwarded to the Pettis County Sheriff’s Office.

Arrests

March 12

8:20 a.m.: Michael P. Bobki, 37, of Oak Grove was arrested in Johnson County for driving while intoxicated, driving with a suspended license, failing to drive on the right side of the road, and speeding. 

4:14 p.m.: Suzanne M. Torres, 43, of Jefferson City, was arrested in Morgan County on charges of failing to secure a child under 16 with a seat belt, possession of 10 grams or less of marijuana, two counts of felony possession of a controlled substance, felony unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and felony endangering the welfare of a child involving drugs.
