6:05 p.m.: Matthew A. Storm, 41, of Windsor, was arrested in Johnson County for driving while intoxicated and careless and imprudent driving.
10:55 p.m.: Stephen C. Greenwell, 36, of Kentucky, was arrested in Saline County for felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Robert A. Noe, 30, and James R. Potter, 23, both of Kentucky, were each arrested in Saline County for felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid.
