Oct. 17
3:50 p.m.: A possible sexual assault was reported in Scott Joplin Court Street involving a 17-year-old suspect and a 13-year-old victim. After the investigation was complete Izaak H. Bartley, 17, of the 1000 block of East 15th Street, was arrested and placed on a 24-hour-hold. Charges of first-degree statutory rape, first-degree statutory sodomy and third-degree child molestation were being requested at the time of the police report.
