Pettis County added four confirmed cases of COVID-19 on Thursday, bringing the total number of cases to 4,885, according to the Pettis County Health Center.
There are now 104 active cases and 4,710 residents have been released to normal activity. Seven residents are now hospitalized seeking treatment for the virus.
The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services reported a seven-day total of 5,270 confirmed cases on Thursday for an average of 817 per day. There were a total of 27 deaths attributed to COVID-19 in Missouri during the last seven days, representing an average of four deaths per day. There were a total of 159,347 vaccinations administered in the last seven days in Missouri, representing an average of 22,764 per day.
