Blue Springs man hurt in Benton ATV accident

Cody L. Jester, 29, of Blue Springs, received moderate injuries at 11:50 a.m. Friday in a Benton County accident.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Jester was driving a 2015 Suzuki four-wheeler west on Bent Tree Drive at Greenwood Drive when the vehicle flipped and he was ejected. He was taken by Golden Valley Ambulance Service to Bothwell Regional Health Center. 

Warsaw woman hurt in Benton accident

Cynthia D. Kramer, 67, of Warsaw, received minor injuries at 5:10 p.m. Saturday in a Benton County crash.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Kramer was driving west on Route MM near Paradise Drive in a 2009 Chevrolet Tahoe when she failed to negotiate a curve, traveled off the left side of the roadway, and struck a fence and utility pole. 

She was wearing a seat belt and was transported to Golden Valley Memorial Hospital in Clinton. 

Tightwad woman hurt in Henry crash

Tamera A. Katzenmeier, 25, of Tightwad, received minor injuries at 11:15 a.m. Sunday in a Henry County crash.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, a 2005 Chevy driven by a 17-year-old male from Clinton was headed east on Highway 7 and struck the rear of Katzenmeier’s 2012 Honda, also headed east.

Both drivers were wearing a seat belt. Katzenmeier was transported by Golden Valley ambulance to Golden Valley Memorial Hospital in Clinton. 

Juvenile injured in Morgan County moped accident

A 17-year-old male from Versailles received moderate injuries at 11:49 a.m. Friday in a Morgan County accident.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, the juvenile was attempting to make a left turn onto eastbound state Route 52 on a 2020 Jiajue Magnum 50 moped and was struck by an eastbound 2017 Ford Fiesta driven by James D. Hicks, 59, of Versailles.

The juvenile was wearing a helmet and was transported by ambulance to Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach.

Centerview woman injured in Pettis motorcycle accident

Melissa R. Jasperse, 58, of Centerview, received moderate injuries at 4:20 p.m. Sunday in a Pettis County accident.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Jasperse was driving west on Route Y west of Allen Road on a 2013 Harley Davidson motorcycle when she traveled off the roadway and overturned.

She was wearing a helmet and was transported by Pettis County Ambulance District to Western Missouri Medical Center in Warrensburg.
