Issac A. Welling, 27, of Maysville, sustained moderate injuries at 6:50 p.m. Tuesday in a Saline County accident.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, a 2020 Ford Fusion driven by Patrick S. Powers, 35, of Marshall, was headed south on King Avenue and traveled off the right side of the roadway, striking a utility pole.
It is unknown if Powers or occupant Welling were wearing seat belts. Welling was transported to Fitzgibbon Hospital in Marshall by EMS.
