One injured in two-vehicle crash
A woman was injured in a crash at 7:45 a.m. Monday in Benton County.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Sam J. Wingender, 31, of Warsaw, was driving northbound on state Route MM, north of the Lane of Champions, when he stopped to turn left. Another northbound vehicle driven by Joanna M. Anderson, 28, of Warsaw, overtook Windgender’s vehicle and struck it.
Anderson suffered minor injuries and was taken to Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach by ambulance.
