Clinton woman injured in Henry County accident

Marilyn R. Rantz, 78, of Clinton, sustained moderate injuries at 8:58 a.m. Sunday in a Henry County accident.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Rance was driving a 2011 Kia Soul south on Southeast 100 Road at Southeast Highway W when her vehicle traveled off the roadway, struck two trees and overturned.

It is unknown if Rantz was wearing a seat belt. She was transported to Western Missouri Medical Center in Warrensburg by Golden Valley EMS.

Four hurt in Henry County accident

Lisa M. Contreras, 46, a 17-year-old male, Macey J. Jacob, 27, and Chauncy E. Murray, 30, all of Clinton, all sustained minor injuries at 12:07 p.m. Sunday in a Henry County accident.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, a 2003 Chevrolet Suburban driven by Christopher L. Taylor, 43, of Clinton, was traveling north on Highway 7 at Northwest 351st Road. The vehicle entered the path of a 2002 Ford Mustang driven by Jacob. The vehicles collided and traveled off the left side of the road.

The juvenile was not wearing a seat belt and was transported by Golden Valley EMS to Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare in Clinton. Jacob was wearing a seat belt and was transported by Golden Valley to Cass County Regional Medical Center in Harrisonville. Murray was wearing a seat belt and was transported by Golden Valley to Cass County Regional. Contreras refused treatment for her injuries.

Jefferson City man hurt in Moniteau County accident

Evan C. Holmes, 25, of Jefferson City, sustained minor injuries at 10:15 a.m. Saturday in a Moniteau County accident.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Holmes was driving a 2011 Honda CRV west at Highway 87 and Route C and failed to yield to a 2004 Dodge truck driven south by John W. Graves, 66, of Eldon.

Both drivers were wearing seat belts. Holmes was transported by ambulance to Capital Regional Medical Center in Jefferson City.

Rocky Mount man in serious condition after Morgan County accident

Ronald L. Libbert, 62, of Rocky Mount, sustained serious injuries at 3 a.m. Saturday in a Morgan County accident.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Libbert was driving a 1995 Ford F-150 south on Route W south of Marvin Cutoff when he traveled off the right side of the road, struck a MoDOT sign and overturned down an embankment.

He was not wearing a seat belt and was transported by private vehicle to Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach.
