A 37-year-old man from Warsaw sustained serious injuries at 1:55 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 28, in a Benton County accident.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, the man was traveling north on Route MM south of McLaughlin Road in a 2016 Hyundai Veloster when he traveled off the left side of the roadway and impacted a small tree.
It is unknown if he was wearing a safety device. He was flown by Eagle 5 to University Hospital in Columbia.
