Coty E. Calloway, 38, of Laurie suffered moderate injuries at 11:05 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 26, in a Morgan County accident.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Calloway was driving a 1998 Mazda pickup east on Route P near White Oak Road.
The vehicle traveled off the left side of the road, impacted a driveway and struck a tree
Calloway was transported by Lake West EMS to Lake Regional Hospital.
