Warsaw man seriously injured in Benton motorcycle crash
Richard A. Richardson, 53, of Warsaw, sustained serious injuries, and Katrina A. Moore, 50, of Warsaw, sustained moderate injuries at 5:05 p.m. Monday in a Benton County accident.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Richardson was driving a 2006 Harley Davidson motorcycle west on Golf Road at Truman Road when he failed to stop at the intersection and traveled off the roadway. The vehicle overturned and both occupants were ejected.
Both riders were exempt from safety devices. Moore refused treatment on scene and Richardson was taken by Life Flight to University Hospital in Columbia.
