Woman hurt in Benton accident
Brenda L. Rains, 50, of Warsaw, received minor injuries at 1:25 p.m. Monday in a Benton County accident.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, The crash occurred as a 2000 Ford F250 driven by William R. Sands, of Edwards, attempted to make a turn and struck a 2006 Dodge Ram driven north on U.S. Highway 65 by Rains.
Rains was not wearing a seat belt but Sands was. Rains was transported by Warsaw-Lincoln Ambulance District to Bothwell Regional Health Center.
