Two from KC injured in Benton accident 

Linda J. Weyrauch, 78, and James M. Weyrauch, 80, both of Kansas City, Missouri, received moderate injuries at 3:15 p.m. Monday in a Benton County accident. 

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, James Weyrauch was driving south on U.S. 65 near Sieving Road in a 2008 GMC Sierra when he traveled off the left side of the roadway, overcorrected, returned to the roadway, traveled off the right side of the roadway and overturned. 

Both occupants were wearing a seat belt and were transported to Bothwell Regional Health Center. 

Warsaw woman injured in Benton accident

Tina M. Hendrix, 53, of Warsaw, received moderate injuries at 3:20 p.m. Monday in a Benton County accident. 

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Hendrix was driving north on state Route 7 south of Summit Road in a 2008 Chevrolet HHR when she crossed the centerline and traveled off the left side of the roadway, striking a sign and two trees. 

Hendrix was wearing a seat belt and was transported by Warsaw-Lincoln Ambulance District to Golden Valley Memorial Hospital in Clinton.
