Three juveniles hurt in Johnson accident
A 15-year-old male from Holden was seriously injured, a 16-year-old female from Holden received minor injuries, and a 17-year-old female from Holden received moderate injuries at 5:50 p.m. Tuesday in a Johnson County accident.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, the 16-year-old female was driving west on state Highway 58 at Southwest 1451 Road in a 2004 Jeep when it traveled off the roadway and overturned, ejecting the 15-year-old male. The females were reportedly wearing seatbelts, the 15-year-old male was not. All were transported by Johnson County Ambulance District to Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City.
Odessa woman hurt in Johnson accident
Suzanne L Williams, 38, of Odessa, received minor injuries at 7:08 p.m. Tuesday in a Johnson County accident.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Kim D. Lutz, 58, of Lone Jack was traveling west on U.S. Highway 50 at Northwest 501 Road when he overtook and struck the rear of a 2013 Chevrolet driven by Williams.
Both drivers were wearing seat belts. Williams was transported by private vehicle to Western Missouri Medical Center.
