A 7-year-old girl from Warrensburg, Leilani B. Pope, 41, of Warrensburg, and Christine M. Morrow, 75, of Clinton, all received minor injuries at 5:50 p.m. Monday in a Henry County accident.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, a 2009 Pontiac Torrent driven by Morrow south on state Route 13 struck the rear of a 2022 Chevrolet Spark driven by Pope as she was attempting a turn.
Everyone was wearing a seat belt. The injured were transported to Golden Valley Memorial Hospital in Clinton by Golden Valley ambulance.
Nancy A. Hill, 84, of Centerview, suffered minor injuries at 10:36 a.m. Monday in a Johnson County accident.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Hill was driving a 2017 Toyota Camry west on U.S. Highway 50 and was slowing to turn when a 2012 Dodge Durango driven by Mark L. Gudde, 59, of Holden, struck the rear of her vehicle.
Both drivers were wearing seat belts. Hill was transported by private vehicle to Western Missouri Medical Center in Warrensburg.
Michael P. Bliss, 50, of Willard, suffered moderate injuries at 8:30 p.m. Monday in a Morgan County accident.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Bliss was riding a 2010 Kubota RTV 500 east on Ferry Landing Road when he attempted to make a sharp right turn, causing the vehicle to overturn on the driver's side.
He was charged with driving while intoxicated - person less than 17 in the vehicle and operating a UTV in a careless manner.
Bliss was not wearing a safety device and was transported by Mid-MO Ambulance District to Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach and released for treatment.
