Kansas man hurt in Johnson DWI accident
Dakota L. Generaux, 24, of Ottawa, Kansas, received moderate injuries at 9:40 p.m. Wednesday in a Johnson County accident.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Generaux was driving south on Route 13 at the north roundabout In a Chevy Equinox when he traveled off the right side of the road and struck an embankment. He was not wearing a seat belt.
Generaux was arrested for driving while intoxicated and transported to Western Missouri Medical Center in Warrensburg.
