Sedalia man hurt by debris from I-70 mishap
Michael J. Pyne, 69, of Sedalia, sustained minor injuries at 1 p.m. Thursday in a Saline County accident.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, a tractor trailer towed by Ronnie J. Finnell, 61, of Fulton, was eastbound on I-70 and struck a bridge. Debris from the bridge then struck Pyne’s 2019 Kia Sportage, also driven east.
It is unknown if Pyne was wearing a seat belt. Ge was transported to Bothwell Regional Health Center by private vehicle.
