Linn Creek man injured in Benton accident 

Viterio L. Anderson, 21, of Lynn Creek, was moderately injured at 12:40 a.m. Friday in a Benton County crash. 

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Anderson was driving north on state Route 83 south of Lone Star Road in a 2008 Infiniti when he traveled off the left side of the roadway, struck an embankment, a ditch and then traveled off the right side of the roadway. 

Anderson, who was wearing his seat belt, was taken to Bothwell Regional Medical Center by Warsaw-Lincoln Ambulance District. 

Blue Springs woman seriously injured and Henry pile up 

Rita F. Roller, 59, of Blue Springs, received serious injuries at 3:35 p.m. Wednesday in a Henry County crash. 

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, the crash occurred when a 2018 Ford F150 driven by Dennis F. Benne, 61, of Lake Ozark, slowed for traffic and a 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander driven by a Roller failed to yield, striking the vehicle. A 2015 Ford F250 driven by William A. Hamilton, 33, of Clinton, could not stop, striking the Outlander. 

All passengers were wearing their seat belt. Benne sought his own treatment for minor injuries while Roller was transported to St Luke's Plaza by Life Flight. 

Holden 14-year-old injured in rural motorcycle accident

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, a 14-year-old male from Holden was moderately injured at 9:36 p.m. Thursday in a Johnson County motorcycle accident. 

The crash occurred in a grassy field east of 949 Northwest 1571 Road when the driver lost control of the 2006 Honda CR85R and began to overturn and was ejected. 

He was transported to Children's Mercy Hospital by Johnson County Ambulance District.
