Two women injured in Henry accident

Katherine J. Tinklepaugh, 22, of Monette, was seriously injured and Sherry L. Terry, 63, of Cross Timbers, was moderately injured at 2:15 p.m. Wednesday in a Henry County accident. 

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Terry was driving east on state Route 13 at state Route Z in a 2006 Hyundai when she attempted to make a left-hand turn and turned into the path of northbound 2007 Mazda driven by Tinklepaugh. 

Both drivers were wearing a seat belt. Terry was transported to Golden Valley Memorial Hospital in Clinton by ambulance and Tinklepaugh was transported to Research Medical Center in Kansas City by air ambulance. 

Kansas City man injured in Johnson accident 

Bradrick A. Goodwin, 40, of Kansas City, Missouri, received minor injuries at 8:42 p.m. Wednesday in a Johnson County accident. 

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Goodwin was driving east on U.S. 50 near state Route 23 in a 2000 Cadillac DeVille when he traveled up the right side of the roadway and struck an embankment and trees. 

Goodwin, who was wearing a seat belt, was transported by Johnson County Ambulance District to Western Missouri Medical Center in Warrensburg. 

Goodwin was subsequently arrested by the Missouri State Highway Patrol for driving while intoxicated. 

Versailles woman injured in Morgan accident

Tracy M. Cecil, 51, of Versailles, received minor injuries at 5:39 p.m. Wednesday in a Morgan County accident. 

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Tracy turned north out of a private drive onto Route Y and was struck by a southbound 2006 Mercury Milan driven by Kale M. Koehn, 30, of Rocky Mount. 

Cecil was transported by private vehicle to Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach.
