One injured in Henry crash

A man was injured in a crash at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday in Henry County.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Kevin E. Davis, 59, of Deepwater, was driving southbound on state Route 13, one mile south of Carrier Route Southwest 450, when his vehicle traveled off the right side of the roadway and struck a guardrail. It then returned to the road, traveled off the left side of the roadway and struck a bridge wall. The vehicle again returned to the road, traveled off the right side of the roadway and struck another bridge wall. The vehicle then returned to the roadway and came to a rest.

Davis suffered minor injuries and was taken to Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare in Clinton by Golden Valley Emergency Medical Services.

One injured in deer accident

A man was injured in a vehicle accident involving a deer at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday in Benton County.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Jacob C. Houk, 21, of Clinton, was driving northbound on state Route E, just south of Ferguson Road, when his vehicle struck a deer.

Houk suffered moderate injuries and was treated on scene by Pettis County Ambulance District-Windsor.
