18-year-old from Whiteman AFB in serious condition after Johnson accident
Breckin D. Harden, 18, of Whiteman Air Force Base sustained serious injuries at 9:37 p.m. Wednesday in a Johnson County accident.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Harden was driving east on Highway 50 in a 2015 Subaru BRZ when he failed to navigate a turn, traveled off the right side of the road, and struck a tree.
Harden was not wearing a seat belt and was transported to Research Hospital in Kansas City by Johnson County Ambulance District.
