Two men killed in Moniteau accident
Martin L. Fisher, 43, of Virginia Beach, and Adrian Salcedo, 44, of Moscow, Kansas, were killed at 9 p.m. Wednesday in a Moniteau County accident.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, a 2003 Toyota Tacoma driven by Fisher east on Highway 87 at Route C failed to stop at a stop sign and struck a southbound 2013 Peterbilt 386 driven by Salcedo.
Both subjects were pronounced dead at 9:34 p.m. by Brad Friedmeyer, assistant Moniteau County coroner. Salcedo was not wearing a seat belt; it is unknown if Fisher was wearing a seat belt.
