Windsor livestock auction market report for March 10

Receipts, 3,210 HD; 4.5% cows. Compared to last week steers under 700 pounds, sold mostly $4 to $8 higher, with exception to steers weighing 500 to 625, selling up to $10 higher. All classes of heifers sold $4 to $8 higher.

Steers medium and large frame, 300 to 400 pounds, $175 to $196; 400 to 500 pounds, $168 to $192; 500 to 600 pounds, $150 to $188.50; 600 to 700 pounds, $142 to $166; 700 to 800 pounds, $130 to $149.75; 800 to 900 pounds, $124 to $139.25,

Small frame or fleshy steers and bulls, 400 to 700 pounds, $120 to $171.

Heifers medium and large frame No. 1, 300 to 400 pounds, $148 to $166; 400 to 500 pounds, $140 to $162.50; 500 to 600 pounds, $136 to $158; 600 to 700 pounds, $124 to 150.50; 700 to 800 pounds, $115 to $137.25; 800 to 900 pounds, $110 to 128.25.
