The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services reported a seven-day total of 16,437 cases on Friday or an average of 2,348 per day. There were a total of 71 deaths attributed to COVID-19 in Missouri during the last seven days, representing an average of 10 deaths per day.
The Pettis County Health Center will not be issuing new COVID-19 reports until next week due to the Christmas holiday. As of Wednesday, Pettis County had 4,007 total cases of COVID-19, including 511 active cases.
