Meals on Wheels is a nonprofit organization that delivers meals to seniors, the homebound and handicapped citizens of Sedalia. The food is prepared by Superior Vendall and is delivered by volunteers. Meals cost $3. For more information on receiving meals or becoming a volunteer, call 660-826-5039.
Meals will be delivered by several volunteers from different churches.
Monday: Chicken and noodles, posh potatoes, tomato and zucchini, banana, roll and milk.
Tuesday: Meatloaf, Au Gratin potatoes, mixed veggies, cookie, roll and milk.
Wednesday: Pulled pork on bun, potato salad, baked beans, applesauce and milk.
Thursday: Ham and beans, cornbread, salad, tropical fruit and milk.
Friday: Pork tenderloin on bun, macaroni salad, orange and milk.
