Meals on Wheels is a nonprofit organization that delivers meals to seniors, the homebound and handicapped citizens of Sedalia. The food is prepared by Superior Vendall and is delivered by volunteers. Meals cost $3. For more information on receiving meals or becoming a volunteer, call 660-826-5039.
This week meals will be delivered by Parkview Christian Church.
Monday: Meatball hoagie, cole slaw, banana and milk.
Tuesday: Baked chicken, posh potato, green bean, roll, cookie and milk.
Wednesday: Beef stew, cornbread, peaches, brownie and milk.
Thursday: Chicken pot pie, beets, pudding, applesauce, roll and milk.
Friday: Country fried steak, potatoes and gravy, broccoli, roll, cake and milk.
