Mid-Missouri Artists to present ‘Public Art in the ‘Burg’


The public is invited to participate in the Mid-Missouri Artists meeting at 7 p.m. Thursday, April 29 in Multi-C of the Warrensburg Community Center. All MMA meetings are free and open to the public. Those attending are asked to wear masks.

Allison Robbins, commissioner of Warrensburg Arts Commission, and Jill Purvis, executive director of Warrensburg Main Street, will present an overview of the public art projects in Warrensburg that have been supported by the Arts Commission and Main Street as well as other grant initiatives.

Those attending will also learn about an upcoming arts scavenger hunt as well as the First Friday Art Walks and how to participate.
