April 8
11:53 a.m.: Dimitri Cosurco, 19, of Hughesville, was arrested after officers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation at East Broadway Boulevard and Engineer Avenue. An odor of an illegal drug was detected, which resulted in a probable cause search. The search resulted in the discovery of illegal drugs. Cosurco was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia and transported to the Sedalia Police Department for processing.

April 12
4:33 p.m.: An officer was dispatched to the 900 block of Winchester Drive in reference to a hit-and-run accident. The victim stated that sometime between Sunday and Monday someone struck a parked vehicle and left the scene without making contact. There are no suspects at this time.
April 13
10:25 p.m.: Officers responded to the 1300 Block of South Arlington Avenue in reference to a hit-and-run accident. The victim stated her parked car had been struck by another vehicle that fled the scene. The victim wished to pursue charges.

9:45 p.m.: Christopher M. Giannico, 48, of Warsaw, was arrested in Benton County for felony possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor Benton County warrant, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
