11:58 p.m.: Tyler Tindell, of Sedalia, was arrested after deputies conducted a vehicle stop near South Barrett Avenue and West Seventh Street for failure to signal and failure to stop at a stop sign. Deputies noticed an odor consistent with marijuana and a probable cause search of the vehicle located several items of drug paraphernalia and a small amount of synthetic marijuana. Tindell was issued a summons for failure to signal, failure to stop at a stop sign, possession of 10 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Incidents
5 p.m.: Deputies investigated a theft from a vehicle in the 1200 block of Sedalia Road. The investigation is ongoing.

6:19 p.m.: Kristina M. Martin, 35, of Warsaw, was arrested in Benton County for driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway resulting in a crash.
