Sedalia Police Department

Arrests 

April 4

1:36 a.m.: Chance Howard Todd, 21, of the 300 block of McAnally Court, was arrested after officers were dispatched to a domestic disturbance. The victim reported she was choked by her boyfriend during an argument. Todd was located at another location and arrested for second-degree domestic assault. During a search, he was found in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Todd was charged with second-degree domestic assault, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

April 5

9:40 p.m.: Officers completed a report involving a sex crime in the 500 block of West Seventh Street and spoke with the victim's mother.

8 a.m.: A reporting person from the 26000 block of Goodwill Chapel Road came to the Sheriff's Office and stated someone had opened accounts in his name.

9:39 p.m.: Bobby C. Nimmo, 43, of Kansas City, Missouri, was arrested in Benton County for felony possession of controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and no valid driver's license.
