Aug. 29
10:19 a.m.: Jessica L. Reed, 25, of the 400 block of East 13th Street, was arrested after an officer met a subject at a business in the 3500 block of West Boulevard Boulevard. The subject was found to be involved with a stolen debit card. Reed was transported to the Pettis County Jail, booked and released with charges of fraudulent use of a credit card and stealing.

1:27 p.m.: An officer was dispatched to the area of East 24th Street and South New York Avenue for a report of stealing. The victim stated someone took $2,050 worth of construction equipment. There are no suspects.
