Dec. 11
9:19 a.m.: A vehicle was stopped for the driver being recognized as having a suspended license and the license plates being expired in the area of East Broadway Boulevard and South New York Avenue. The driver was also found in possession of methamphetamine, marijuana and paraphernalia. Jonathan D. Buri, 35, of the 1200 block of East 11th Street, was arrested for driving with a suspended license, possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
10:47 a.m.: An officer performed a traffic stop on a vehicle on East 19th Street at South Ingram Avenue for speeding in a school zone and not having license plates. The driver was found to have a warrant and a suspended license. Scott A. Trobaugh, 56, of Chilhowee, was arrested for driving with a suspended license and the warrant.
9:18 p.m.: A vehicle was stopped for operating with no lights on in the 3600 block of South Limit Avenue. The driver was found to have a suspended license. Joanna M. Anderson, 28, of Warsaw, was arrested for driving with a suspended license.
Dec. 12
10:53 a.m.: Officers were dispatched to a business on Winchester Drive for a disturbance. An employee of the business was assaulted by a customer who was upset about his truck not being cleaned to his satisfaction. John H. Batten, 47, of the 24500 block of Oak Grove Lane, was arrested for assault.
12:35 a.m.: An officer made a traffic stop on a vehicle for no headlights or tail lights being illuminated on East Broadway Boulevard near South Hancock Avenue. It was determined that the driver was intoxicated and Felicia Brainard, 30, of the 1000 block of West Broadway Boulevard, was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

1:07 a.m.: A vehicle was stopped at West Broadway Boulevard at South Grand Avenue for failing to maintain its lane. The officer smelled a strong odor of intoxicants on the driver’s breath. After an investigation, Timothy L. Branch, 32, of the 1000 block of West Broadway Boulevard, was arrested for driving while intoxicated and driving with a suspended license.
1:46 a.m.: A vehicle was stopped in the area of East Broadway Boulevard and state Route M for the vehicle failing to maintain its lane. After an investigation, Brooke A. Adams, 32, of the 29300 block of state Route M, was arrested for misdemeanor driving while intoxicated.
9:19 p.m.: A vehicle was stopped near the intersection of South Washington Avenue and East Second Street. Following an investigation, Bethany N. Choate, 23, of Marshall, was arrested for driving with a suspended license.
11:25 p.m.: A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle for not having a front license plate in the area of West Third Street and South Osage Avenue. An investigation revealed marijuana and paraphernalia in the vehicle. Gary M. Shafton Jr., 33, of Jefferson City, was arrested for misdemeanor possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful transaction with a child.

Dec. 12
9:55 a.m.: An officer responded to a business in the 2800 block of West Broadway Boulevard for a stolen firearm that had been sold to the business. The firearm was recovered and put on hold.
Dec. 13
2:19 a.m.: Officers responded to the area of West Pettis Street and North Osage Avenue for a report of a stolen motor vehicle. The complainant reported their 2013 Dodge Avenger had been left running on the side of the road for a short time. The complainant returned to find it stolen.
10:33 a.m.: An officer found a bag of marijuana and methamphetamine in the 500 block of East Third Street which was seized and logged into evidence.

Dec. 13
3:29 a.m.: Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of the 2800 block of Meadwood Drive. During the stop, the driver, Gabriella Pascul was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without a license. During the stop a passenger took off running from the vehicle, dropping several items on the ground. Deputies will be submitting charges for the passenger, Kayla L. Leach, who was arrested for resisting arrest and possession of marijuana.

12:03 a.m.: Ronald A. Alvarez-De Leon, 19, of Marshall, was arrested in Saline County for driving while intoxicated, driving with a suspended license and careless and imprudent driving resulting in an accident.
4:23 p.m.: Cheryl A. Dooley, 59, of Edwards, was arrested in Benton County for driving while intoxicated.
9:18 p.m.: Blake T. Eagan, 22, of Belton, was arrested in Johnson County for driving while intoxicated, exceeding the speed limit, no seat belt and supplying liquor to a minor.

12:53 a.m.: Brian Z. Peckman, 29, of Warrensburg, was arrested in Johnson County for driving while intoxicated, a warrant, and failure to have working headlamps.
3:10 a.m.: Alexis C. Booker, 21, of Lee’s Summit, was arrested in Johnson County for driving while intoxicated and speeding.
