Dec. 14
10:14 p.m.: Officers conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of West Sixth Street and South Moniteau Avenue for an equipment violation. The driver of the vehicle was found to have two active warrants. While attempting to arrest the driver, she resisted and was found in possession of marijuana. Erika D. Thomas, 20, of the 1300 block of South Kentucky Avenue, was arrested for the warrants, misdemeanor resisting arrest and misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Dec. 14
1:27 p.m.: An officer responded to a business in the 700 block of West 16th Street for a forgery and theft. Management advised on separate occasions the night before a subject came into the store and passed two counterfeit $100 bills, while another subject stole items. There were an additional two people involved in the crimes. The incident was captured on video.
3:54 p.m.: A subject reported the sexual misconduct of a juvenile involving an adult which occurred in Sedalia. A report was made and the investigation was ongoing at the time of the report.
