12:12 a.m.: Jason Brian Warren, 43, of the 1100 block of South Grand Avenue, was arrested in the area of East Fourth Street and South Brown Avenue for walking in the roadway. Prior to this, the subject was lingering in the area and appeared to be hiding in the shadows behind trees watching a house belonging to a woman known to him. He was warned several times to stop walking in the roadway with the sidewalk available. The female was not interested in pressing charges. Warren was transported to the jail where he was booked and released on municipal charges for walking in a roadway when a sidewalk was available and failure to cross the street at a 90-degree angle.
10:43 p.m.: Robert Gene Stean Jr., of the 700 block of South Kentucky Avenue, was arrested after a vehicle stop in the area of East Broadway Boulevard and South Lamine Avenue for moving violations and indications of impaired driving. It was determined the driver was intoxicated by drugs and was placed under arrest. A search of the vehicle revealed methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. He was also in possession of forged license plates and was taken to the hospital, then to the jail where he was placed on a 24-hour hold pending charges of forgery, possession of a controlled substance, driving while intoxicated-drugs, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

7:42 a.m.: Officers responded to the 800 block of East Sixth Street in reference to reported property damage. A trash can was hit by a vehicl,e which also caused damage to the porch of a residence in the area. The value of the damage was estimated at $1,340. The suspect has not been located.
9:22 a.m.: An officer was dispatched to speak with a woman in the police department lobby who wanted to report identity theft. She stated small charges had been made on her credit card and when she spoke to her bank that problem was fixed, however, the victim reported she got an identity protection plan and found that 16 different payday loan transactions were made using her information from different loan companies around the country starting in March 2017. Her credit cards were deactivated and there are no suspects at this time.
1:38 p.m.: Officers responded to the 1600 block of East Fifth Street in reference to damaged property. Two tires were cut on a vehicle parked in the area overnight. The value of the damage was estimated at $670. No suspects have been identified.
6:11 p.m.: An officer responded to the 400 block of East 14th Street for a report of property damage. The complainant reported that someone busted the windshield indent at the door of a vehicle that belonged to her grandmother. The damage was estimated at $600.
9:33 p.m.: An officer responded to the 1800 block of South Kentucky Avenue for a report of a burglary. The victims reported someone forced the back door of the residence open and stole numerous items including medical marijuana, drug paraphernalia and a key to a vehicle.
9:34 p.m.: An officer responded to a business in the 3200 block of West Broadway Boulevard in reference to a theft no longer in progress. An asset protection employee stated that a female walked out of the store with more than $300 worth of items on Nov. 28. The suspect has been identified but no contact has been made at this time. The case will be sent to the prosecutor for review.
10:10 p.m.: An officer responded to the 700 block of West 16th Street for a report of a verbal disturbance. The caller reported that a customer at the business threatened him. Information was collected from the caller for a documentation report. No charges are being sought at this time.

5:55 p.m.: Steve Wachs was arrested after a traffic stop for driving the wrong way at Highway B and Limit Avenue. Wachs was arrested for driving with a revoked driver's license.

11:17 p.m.: James W. Dingus-Fague, 33, of Sedalia, was arrested in Pettis County for felony possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine. He was transported to the Pettis County Jail and placed on a 24-hour hold.
