Feb. 11
12:24 p.m.: Misty Charlene Vanhooser, 43, of Sedalia, was arrested on a charge of second-degree sexual abuse. Officers responded to the 400 block of East Fourth Street for a sexual assault report. The victim told officers the suspect had touched her genital area over her clothing. An investigation was conducted, and the suspect was arrested.

Feb. 10
6:00 p.m.: Property damage was reported on the 1300 block of East Seventh Street. Four tires were reportedly slashed in the early morning valued at $85 each.
